Same happened to our but it wasn’t because of spam cloud.
It was because of an App we used to manage followers and view profiles (called Refollow). The app was hanging constantly and then did a reprocess which unfollowed and then refollowed a lot of people.
We got suspended for follower churn – completely accidental – but be very careful with App to manage your follower list.

I’ve experience that also which really makes me disappointed, they don’t even give us a note what’s the real reason of suspending our accounts.

Anyways, I’m I’m glad that my account is back now, after 1 week and 2 days of waiting…

Wow, that’s scary. Hard to believe you can get suspended because a bad cat follows you, that’s not your fault.
