That’s quite an easy thing to do. Just create a layer and copy your whole text into that layer as a whole picture. Flip it vertically and position it right below the actual text. Add another empty layer on top of it. Using the “Gradient” tool, with the setting “Color to Transparent”, add a gradient with the color of your backround. There you have it.
